Position Summary:

The Documentation Administrator ensures proper filing, distribution and retrieval of documents under the scope of the Quality Management System (QMS). Provides support for record retention activities of controlled documents for Chembio operations.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide administrative support for Quality Systems documentation process
  • Release documents approved through change control and document control requirements
  • Perform filing, scanning, copying and distribution of QMS documents
  • Organize archiving of controlled QMS documents
  • Update related logs
  • Adhere to written policies and procedures related to performing assigned tasks
  • Qualifications Required:
    • High school diploma with 1-3 years experience in a regulated environment
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Shift work and/or weekend work may be required at times
    • Attention to detail
